Dieting? Again?

Yes, again I’m going to loose weight. The story of my life ;-)
Of course not without my inseparable laptop.

I found an, at first sight, remarkably good programme that is going to show me my progress at every angle. Litterally because it also shows the measurements. It also takes into account that you loose callories when working out. I’m going to try it for 10 days and if I think it’s worthwhile I’ll buy it.

My goal is to loose 9 kilos in 3 months. That’s heavy and I’ll keep you posted if it’s working for me.  More feasable would be 6 months but that sounds so very long from now. But 9 kilo’s less anytime would make me happy and feel better.

Although I’m a little embarrassed that I gained weight again which proves I can’t really resist sweets, I do tell this on the internet because I hope it stimulates me to go on and really do it.
